Had to return something the other day, very busy and Keith helped me. I told him very hard to find help these days. Was very impressed with Keal ( hope I spelled that correctly) and Isabel very helpful polite and respectful. New young man today, only his third day and so trying to make sure he did everything correctly. I thinking moving to your new location was a change. Your staff and how you treat them is wonderful. I purchased a Weber grill from Village hardware. Jim was very helpful. He knew a lot about grills and took the time to go through the various models with me. He wanted to know what I typically grill. They are going to assemble and bring the grill to me. Very pleased with my purchase so far.

I love Village Hardware! They are my go-to store. Lots of great stuff. Invariably, if I am looking and can't find something a staff member will ask if they can assist and they lay hands on whatever it is right away. It's fun to look around by myself some first because I always find something new. Today's primary purchase was a new reel for my outdoor hose. They were displayed at the front of the store outside. A staff member went out and got it and brought it into the register for me and another staff member took it out and put it in the car for me. Nothing I couldn't have done myself but I much appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness.

I recently replaced a very old Weber gas grill with a new model. Village Hardware not only offered a competitive price, but delivered excellent delivery service and guidance on using and caring for the new grill. Hats off to their “Grill Guy,” Rick Boyd, a first-rate professional who knows his business and how to treat customers with that personal touch start to finish. Forget the big-box stores for your grilling and other hardware needs. Village Hardware and Mr. Boyd are in a class of their own.

Village hardware is the place to go if you’re in the market for a Weber grill. Jim Carmalt, grill specialist, will have you up and cooking in no time. He is a fountain of knowledge about Weber‘s amazing line of gas grills. We settled on the Weber traveler because of space limitations and portability. The grill was out of stock, but they had it ordered, assembled for pick up in four days. We couldn’t be happier with Village Hardware’s service and knowledgeable and friendly staff.
